Kathleen and her team has been managing our property, located in El Monte, for over a year. Kathleen was able to find and screen the tenant promptly. Responses to our questions and concerns have been quick. We feel at ease having her and her team handle our real estate needs. The personal concern for the client is very much appreciated.

Kathleen & I have been friends since the 1960's. I have known her family for a long time and consider her brother Craig a close friend. We connected in 1992 and she helped sell our condominium quickly in San Gabriel for a great price. She also helped us find our house that we still live in, in Rancho Cucamonga. As life moved on we reconnected again when my parents passed away and we had to sell their house, an emotional time that Kathleen dealt with patiently and expertly. My parents house on Rosemont Blvd., in North San Gabriel sold in 2007 and we got the price we expected. Kathleen is more than a great realtor at Mueller Realty, she is really a part of our extended family. I would highly recommend Kathleen and Mueller Realty to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.

Kathleen recently handled the sale of our family home after the passing of our father. She was fantastic! She went above and beyond in helping us through the process and a very difficult time. She located someone to help with the estate sale, worked with the contractor making repairs, fielded offers as they came in fast and furious, offered invaluable guidance and expertise, and basically handled every detail from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services to everyone!

When I bought my first home, I was young and poor and didn't know much about houses. I found Kathleen on the internet and she was super helpful and sweet and always replied to my emails within minutes. We checked out over 100 houses and she was always so patience and never did any pushing. As a matter of fact, I had other buyer agents prior I met Kathleen and they all wanted me to close the deal quickly. Kathleen never push and never gave me any pressure. I felt so comfortable with her that I actually missed her so much after I finally bought my home. I remember I kept asking her tons of questions after I moved in to my home and she still replied to my emails right away even after the deal was closed. From the very beginning, she has treated me like a friend instead of a customer. All these years I have referred all my friends to Kathleen and they are all happy with her. By the way, Kathleen has been in the business for a long time and she is the expert in the industry. I feel like I can ask her anything and she can give me the answer right away. One of my friends is currently looking for houses and again, Kathleen never push her to buy anything...Kathleen would put my friend's interest as the top priority and give her the most honest advises. I also remember once I found my dream house, Kathleen was very effective closing the deals for me. She even helped me with the inspection and the loans and the cleaning/moving....I am very grateful to know such a wonderful agent...someone that I can fully trust.

My daughter was renting her home from Mueller Realty back in 2005. That's how I met Kathleen. She has always kept in touch with her my daughter, which I find to be the most important relationship a Realtor should have with her clients. When my father died in Dec. Of 2011 I was going through Probate and did not understand about the sale of his home. She came over, gave us her recommendations for the sale of the property, helped us with the bank and all paperwork. The day we put the house on the market it SOLD. That was such a relief. I can"t Thank Kathleen enough for the Great Job she did with us. She is truly a Professional and so is all her Staff. I would recommend Mueller Realty before anyone else, and that's NO LIE.
