Kathy deservers more than 5 stars. She is very responsive, knows her market, has excellent negotiating skills. She spent countless hours showing us many homes as we had a specific type of property we wanted. She was very patient and kind as my young kids were usually in tow. Not only was she searching for our new home but she was also selling our old home. Once she found the right buyer, we now had a time crunch to find and move into our new home and out of the old one. We found a great house and property, she negotiated with the sellers to get us into the home within a few weeks. She even went so far as to help us move some stuff out of our house which was way above and beyond. I highly recommend Kathy and her company . She has dedication, discipline and integrity.

Kathy is an expert in her field, a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She was always responsive and provided great advice. Her demeanor was very calming especially when the spouses were “discussing” options. Kathy’s knowledge of the market helped us to price our Norwalk home so that it sold quickly and it did! We highly recommend Kathy for your real estate needs.

I wish I could give Kathy more than five stars, she was the best! Always professional, never gets rattled and makes the deal work. We had put our house on the market multiple times and barely even got any offers. Once we listed with Kathy it was sold quickly with multiple offers. I can not recommend her highly enough, she will sell your house!
