We can’t recommend Leimkuhlers enough! Ryan, Kathy, Eric, and the team really went above and beyond. When we decided it was time to find our forever home in the Yorba Linda High School district, we wanted work w/ someone we could trust, and we knew Ryan from his time as our son’s teacher at Heritage Oak as being incredibly competent and just a great person. He and his team at the Leimkuhler Group made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy. They helped us find the perfect home for our family and worked their magic to sell our home in Brea at just the right time. Both deals went smoothly, thanks to their professionalism and expertise every step of the way. They really went above and beyond -- always making sure we felt supported, informed, and confident in our decisions. The behind-the-scenes work, negotiations, and coordination were handled flawlessly. They also helped to make sure we were settled in well and still happy with our decision after the sale. We were so fortunate to have Kathy, Eric and Ryan guiding us, first in buying our home, and perhaps more importantly in selling our long time family home. I’m not sure how we would have managed without their expertise. They were always available to walk us through any questions or concerns, and there were many! Any advice came with an understandable explanation. Their knowledge and positive attitude was priceless during what could be an overwhelming time. Having a team we could trust during both transactions meant the world to us. We definitely recommend them!

Kathy, Eric, and Ryan did an excellent job at helping us sell our home! They are a full package! They came to us with sales information, staging expertise, financial information, internet, social media expertise and the down to earth honesty and loyalty that is hard to find these days! When they sat down with us and went through the comps and market analysis, they were able to tell us the time frame we would be on the market and the date we would be in escrow! They sold our home the first weekend! They were there for us every step of the way! They are priceless! Thank you Kathy, Eric, and Ryan!

I don’t know how I can possibly leave a review without telling the entire remarkable story, because whenever I think about it, I still can’t believe we pulled this whole thing off so fast. My husband and I were heading out of state to look at real estate near our family, and we met with Kathy to discuss the value of our home so we would know what price range to look at. While on our trip we found our dream home, but the morning after we got back, my husband never woke up. Soon after, still wanting to go ahead with the move, I talked to Kathy and she came right over and advised me on the most important things I could do to sell my home fast, because time was of the essence if I still wanted the house we had fallen in love with. Now this was a huge undertaking, as we were original owners and had lived there for 42 years, accumulated a ton of clutter, an attic full of stuff, and most everything to the house was original, including the carpet, the A/C, the garage door, you get the idea. Kathy and both of her charming realtor sons, Eric and Ryan, spent countless hours helping me box up things, move furniture out to the garage, rearrange what was left, and they even brought in a stager and a gardener to help make my raggedy home look & feel like a 5 star penthouse suite. It was so beautiful and relaxing that I almost wanted to stay. Just like that it was ready for the listing photos and drone video. At this point, the Leimkuhler Group still hadn’t even had me sign a contract. That’s how special they are. They are so kind, caring, trustworthy and professional in every aspect of their business. All three of them feel like family. They held an open house the following weekend and we had multiple offers just as Kathy had anticipated. We had offers well over asking price, and accepted an offer in just 9 days with a 3 week escrow! But wait, that’s not all. They made me up a great Estate Sale Flyer, advertised it, put up signs and the three of them helped me put up canopies and move my heavy garage sale items out. They also came back to move out some big items to the curb for donation right before I moved out. Whatever I needed, they were there within minutes all the way through the selling process. The icing on the cake was the phone call I got from Kathy as I was on the road to my new home – she said, “Congratulations! Escrow has closed on your sale and you are now officially homeless.” And yes, escrow also closed on my out of state dream home the following day. Every single step of my home sale just easily slipped into place without a hitch. Kathy even reached out to my out of state realtor several times during this process to advise and help her with all the tips and tricks that make Kathy such a great realtor. This just goes to show that with the right team and God on your side, miracles do in fact happen. I’ll be forever grateful for all three of you, Julie Wade

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kathy, Eric & Ryan are a complete full-service team that guided me every step of the way so I didn’t have to worry about anything. They are very tech savvy, are always thinking ahead, & go above & beyond in all facets of the process. They facilitated & marketed an estate sale for me, helped out on move day, & were ALWAYS available when I needed them. Could NOT have done this without them & feel so lucky to have had them in my corner for the third time!
