I recently sold my home in Orange, California with the help of Travis Fairweather and Mike Kelley. Travis and Mike had helped me find the home when I purchased it in 2011. At that time, I had an excellent experience with this team. I knew then that whenever it came time to sell, these guys would be my team. Travis and Mike have extensive experience, resources and market expertise. Plus they talk straight and have integrity. I purchased another out of the area California home on a contingency basis with an outstanding agent local to that area. Solid performance and timely communication on both ends was critical to my deal. Travis and Mike were with me every step of the way and available to respond when needed in a timely and professional manner. This led to successful deals in both places within a rather tight time frame--I think my home sold in 20 days at a price that was very acceptable. I can highly recommend Travis and Mike for anyone looking to sell or buy! They are real estate all stars who will work with you to help you accomplish your goals. This is exactly the kind of representation I'm happy to pay for.

This team has tons of experience and is super knowledgeable with the local real estate market. With the help of Mike and Travis, I received multiple offers and was able to sell my property in a short period of time. Definitely would recommend them to other home sellers.

Extremely happy with our experience working with both Mike and Travis. We needed to sell our home fairly quickly and I personally dreaded the thought of staging, listing, and dealing with negotiations. Someone suggested trying a place like OpenDoor. Let me tell you what a mistake I would have made if I had fell for a service like that and didn’t happen to find Mike and Travis. If we hadn’t used these guys, my family and I would have left six figures on the table during our sale. Mike and Travis are an excellent team and their sales history and volume are a testament to this. Their approach is both data and experience driven. They’re extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the region and complement each others’ strengths well. They are responsive and proactive communicators. They didn’t over or under promise and gave honest, professional opinions, which I personally appreciated. I won’t sugarcoat it. It was a lot of work to prepare our home the way they recommended. However, we listened to their recommendations and trusted their process. We were in contract in less than a week after listing for over asking price and a quick escrow. I showed our home to two other agents from Zillow and the difference was night and day. These guys knew what was going on the moment they stepped foot in the door. They know the area, the process, and how to manage the issues that come up. Based off our experience I can say, unequivocally, that I would rely on Mike and Travis’ expertise exclusively in the future.
