10/17/22 Denny Kwong We acquired this property as a Replacement Property in a 1031 Exchange We were under some pressure in the areas of timing and cost restriction. With Helen's professional experience and special talent, she was able to help us find and purchase this property. We loved the property on our first viewing. Helen helped us to prepare a sound offer. We got accepted and the transaction was smoothly executed. We believed that we were able to acquire this property because of Helens professional expertise and guidance. After the close of escrow, Helen was able to help us locate a great tenant and good rent. We are lucky to have Helen helping us in acquiring this property and a good tenant. Michael did an incredible job helping us sell our condo! He had great knowledge of the area, was super detail oriented and answered all of our many questions. Due to his diligence and hard work, our condo had multiple offers, over asking price after just 3 days on the market. He gave us thorough information throughout the process and made himself available throughout our time together. You can expect great professionalism to go along with a great attitude when working with him. It was a joy to work with Michael and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
