My wife and I recently used the Jacobs Group to sell a condominium in Palatine IL. We were referred to Pam Jacobs by a current homeowner. After meeting Pam, we were impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the Palatine area. After discussing our goals as sellers, Pam made several recommendations for improvements that she thought, as the realtor, would result in good traffic and interest, as well as a sense of urgency and ultimately a quick sale. The first weekend more than 20 showings were scheduled, resulting in multiple offers. With Pam’s recommendations, one of the offers was accepted and negotiations regarding several items were settled with mutual (buyer & seller) satisfaction. In addition, Tracy Covek, also of Jacobs Group, assisted us with document preparation and reminders of tasks to get done and when to get them done by, all very much appreciated. We both felt that the agents from the Jacobs Group had our best interest in mind. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pam knew the market so well that she could direct us to a perfect part of Barrington for our needs! She found a great house through her network, before it went on the market, and coached us through the process of buying. What else could we ask for?

Tracy Covek was fantastic, providing enormous value at every part of the process of our home purchase in Lake Barrington, IL. We really appreciated her candid perspective and negotiation experience. We had a great experience selling our home in Inverness. Pam Jacobs was terrific. She had a very good understanding of the market in our area and brought a wealth of experience. She was on top of everything throughout the process. She and her partner, Tracy Covek made the process move along efficiently. They were very accessible at any time we needed. Also a big shout out and kudos to Dawn, who advised us on preparing our home for showings. We had a multitude of showings over a short period of time and Pam managed them smoothly. The marketing materials especially the hard cover illustrated book was wonderful. We can recommend the Jacobs Group of @properties with enthusiasm and have already done so with friends who are thinking about selling in the near future.

My family has worked with Pam in the past, so I did not hesitate to call her when it was time for me to purchase a home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and was not sure what to expect in the crazy 2021 market. Pam quickly soothed my nerves and answered all my questions. From the start Pam was very professional, honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She walked us through the entire process and asked us all the important questions that helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. With the market being so hot, properties were selling quick. Pam was always fast to respond to any listing we were interested in and booking a showing asap. She really worked with our schedules and was flexible with her own to accommodate us. She was patient with us until we found the right house. Once we did, she was incredibly helpful in submitting the right offer and working with the sellers agent to help give us the best chance of our offer getting accepted. Her experience and professional network in this area is invaluable. She was amazing to work with from start to finish! Her team was also great to work with throughout the entire process. I would absolutely refer Pam to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent!
