Keith helped me and my husband find and purchase our first home in May. Keith is a motivated and proactive agent who went above and beyond to search properties for us, be available when we were to go and look at the properties, and tell us what he thought honestly as a knowledgeable realtor as opposed to just trying to hurry and get a sale. The instance that stands out most in our experience with Keith was when he sent letters to every resident in a development we had lost two homes in to see if they would be interested in selling and explaining we would be interested in buying. I had never had a realtor go to such a creative measure to try to help us. We searched for a home for almost two years and by chance reached Keith when I called about a rental listing and the rest is history. We recommend him highly, he truly will do his very best whether working with a buyer or seller.

Keith really made sure to talk with my husband and myself about what we were looking for in order to help us figure out what would be the best house for us. He would go over in detail with us about each house we were looking at and what to expect if we bought it. He was willing to show us what we wanted and was flexible enough to work with us and our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend him as well as use him again if I needed to.

Keith was the consummate professional. In somewhat of a challenged real estate market, Keith managed to sell my home at nearly list price. He was very patient during offer negotiations and managed to put things into perspective. Ethically speaking, Keith is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I would recommend contacting Keith to sell your home, or assist you in buying.

Keith was great through the entire rental process. Very knowledgeable and therough. I would definitely recommend Keith to friend and family. I plan on contacting Keith when I am ready to purchase a home.

Keith was professional and courteous. He told it like it was. Honest, good man. He was helpful in acquainting me with the town and getting set up with utilities. He was also very patient.
