Team Jordan deserves a 10 * rating. From the moment I met Toby and Joan I could tell that my home selling experience with them was going to be great. And, even then, they still exceeded expectations. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to respond to my questions via email, text and phone call. They also were extremely knowledgeable about service providers, pricing, negotiating, etc. I could go on and on. Beyond fabulous is my two word summary

I can not say enough positives about our experience with Carolyn. When working with a Real Estate Agent, I am on the looking for the perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge/experience and empathy and I couldn't have been more pleased upon meeting Carolyn. I loved how through conversations about previous experience, hope/dreams,etc. Carolyn was able to help us articulate our needs in a home. There are so many option in this area (wine tasting, outdoor activities, dining options) and Carolyn helped us to find the perfect place for us. This continued after the purchase of our new home and has helped get our bearings in this fantastic part of California. Of primary import to me, I never felt rushed to make a decision. Toby and Joan are a great team — calm, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond their jobs to make clients happy. They live locally and have high integrity, plus they are just plain good people. Very honest and nice. Can’t recommend them enough. Specifically, Toby took care of many repairs personally, plus also handled all the inspections and associated repairs, lined up all contractors, and negotiated fair prices. He also negotiated the final sales price and all resolved all related issues to the satisfaction of all parties. Exceptional and honest service.

Carolyn was incredibly knowledgeable of the local market and was the absolute best at negotiating a deal when we had some difficulty due an unexpectedly low appraisal. She kept us informed at every step and provided recommendations for businesses to do inspections. I would definitely work with her again!
