Kelly did a great job. We received a full-price offer from the very first couple that viewed the home, but they had a ton of issues that Kelly worked with their Realtor in New York to try to resolve. Eventually, the deal fell apart due to buyer-related issues, but if Kelly hadn't been so proactive in tracking down the problems, we might not have known things weren't going to work out so quickly as we did, so we were able to get the property on the market again quickly. This time, it sold to a couple that tried to ask for way too much, but Kelly helped us find an arrangement that worked for the buyers without us having to give up too much to make the sale happen.
