Since the first time I spoke with Kelly, I knew she was the person that I needed. She had a very impressive and masterful knowledge of the area as well of the entire process to purchase an apartment. Just like I expected, she was very helpful and her responsiveness was second to none.

It was a pleasure working with Kelly. She was determined to sell our unit and she was true to her word. It wasn't an easy process! I think that it was the longest escrow in recorded history. Kelly worked tirelessly to ensure that it didn't fall out of escrow by ensuring the highest degree of communication among all parties. She remained positive throughout the process. She was a tremendous help to us when we listed the unit. Since we are out of state, Kelly took the lead in helping to stage the unit and also fix anything she determined was needed in order to obtain the sell. You want to have Kelly on your side. She is relentless in her desire to find a buyer. She puts in the necessary time. Thank you for your help.

Kelly was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She kept looking for a place for us when we had given up and she was the one who kept in contact with us. She was always available and helped us in any way she could. She went above and beyond in helping us find a place and then she even went a step further in helping us get our place rented out with helping us find a cleaning person and maintenance person. She is the best!! I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your property. She will take good care of you. We completely trust her and will be using her in the future.

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Kelly Lovato as our realtor in West Maui. We greatly appreciate the exceptional service provided by her. We had a transaction that had many pieces that had to fall into place. We sold and purchased property where the purchase was contingent on the sale of our condo.
