I used Ken to sell a rental property in Murfreesboro Tn - 1210 Wenlon Dr, He was working with an investor in the process of buying property and Ken was able to connect the investor to buying my property. The property is in very good condition being a 1 story condominium. Ken did all the negotiating and closing with minimum work on my part. I have gotten too old(72) to maintain and do all the necessary work. Thanks Ken for all your work.

Good Morning, We were asked to fill out this review back in Dec., but we weren't really sure how we wanted to go about it. First I would like to say that we found Ken when looking for a house to buy and he was a realtor on another property that we wanted more information about. My husband found the property that we ended up purchases but Ken did get us an approved walk-thru after we decided we would like to see it. During this process we would send Ken emails and he would either not respond or I would have to send a 2nd and 3rd request for him to answer our questions. I also had to send him some documentation a 2nd time as he said he never received the 1st email. This was an ordeal but we got through it.. We closed on our house and love it very much. This is where we are a little disturbed about the whole thing.. He called the week after we closed on our house. He wanted to stop by my work and bring by a "house warming gift". I was not at work the following week, so did not get his messages on my work phone until I returned back to work the week after we closed. We thought kind of weird because he had both cell phone number and also both email addresses to be able to contact us. I returned his call and he said that he would like to come to my work to drop off this gift. He also asked to be able to meet some of my co-workers. I told him that I could meet him downstairs so that he didn’t have to come up to my place of employment and also not have to pay to park. (I work downtown Nashville) I don't work at a place that we mix business with personal life. He then replied with "I'll just call your husband" and make arrangements. My husband doesn't report to an office and is in his truck all day long. As of today we have not heard back from Ken and we have been in the house for almost a month now. I just think that it’s a bad business practice to say that you have a "house warming gift" for someone and just because you cannot come to their office (to get more potential clients) you completely blow us off. All in all we did get the house we wanted and we are happy. The experience in between finding and buying this house was a little difficult. The blow off at the end was completely unnecessary.

Ken knows the Greater Nashville area as well as anyone around. We have used him on two homes (one in Spring Hill and one in Franklin) and he was amazing help each time. He is quick to find the newest listings and with his many years of experience there isn't much in the process of buying and selling homes that he hasn't seen. I highly recommend him.

Ken did a great job helping me prep my property in preparation for it to go on the market. His knowledge of the market was really good and was able to price our property just right. Our property sold on the first day it was on the market. Once contact was brought, Ken, did a really really good job dealing with a very difficult buyer.
