If you have something to sell... Kevan is the guy to call....He is helpful,patient,and understanding....he cares about what he does and will do you a good job... Call Kevan today if you want results!!!! He sold my house and I was very happy with the way it went.

Kevan is AWESOME!!! He is right on top of all the details for us buying our home in Akron. He even went to the house himself to make sure all the work was done for the appraisal and he did some things himself. When we went to look at the house, the people moved out, he noticed that the furnance wasn't working properly and while we were there, on a Sunday, he texted the guy to come fix the furance. When we were having issues with the place we were trying to get a loan he referred us to a new lender who knows what they are doing. He has been with us every step of the way and in contact to keep us up to date. I highly recommend this realtor to anyone who wants to buy a house in this area. Kevan you are a totally awesome realtor!!!

Very positive. We were dealing on my buying the property from out of state. Kevan was easy to reach and was on top of relaying information to me. He would touch bases with me and both he and his father were accommodating to others in my family that were representing me.
