I can't remember giving such solid FIVE stars for a person or company! I did quite a bit of research before choosing Kilian and I was so pleased with how he helped us through a difficult sale. This was a probate sale (my husband's mom had passed) and the house, while dear to us, needed a lot of work. We decided to sell "as is" and Kilian walked us through all that needed to be done. Part of the difficulty was we live in another state, so being able to communicate in different mediums was key. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and so very patient. He and his team communicated with us from start to finish. Communication is so important! The closing team and lawyers in the process were very helpful and gave us great advice too. In the end he really got us a great price and we highly recommend him. I have known many realtors in my life, Kilian is one of the good ones.

Every interaction with him was a positive one; he was patient, thorough, and attentive to our needs. Kilian went out of his way to make house viewings convenient, provided advice on the market, and helped us make informed decisions. The closing process was seamless and stress-free thanks to his proactive approach. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the service we received. Kilian assisted us enormously through the process of buying a new townhouse at Loring Heights in Atlanta. We were looking for someone with deep experience in the area and Kilian provided that. He also provided much needed advice and reassurance that guided our final purchase decision. Kilian negotiated what we believe was a good deal with the developer of the community. He took us through every element of the process - offer to closing and it was all seemless and there were no surprises. I would certainly recommend him unequivocally.

Kilian did a great job. He understood my concerns and updated me step by step. He’s very professional and always available. He gave great advice as well. I’d highly recommend him! He assisted with explaining in details the contract and amendments. He took excellent photos of the home. He interacted with vendors on my behalf. He made the experience less stressful at the Closing Attorney office.

Working with Kilian was such a great experience! He helped me and my sister sell our home and he was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal! Kilian always kept in communication and never made us feel as if we didn’t know what was going on. He responds in a good timely manner and just overall friendly and has your best interest. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor!!
