As a first-time investment property buyer, I couldn't imagine having a more knowledgeable, professional, and honest realtor than Kim Kelly. She found me the perfect investment property and put me in a position to place an offer before other prospective buyers in this hot market. She's truly great at her job.

As a military family, we had no choice in moving during a crazy housing market. With our final transfer looming, we were fortunate enough to be connected with Kim. I knew from our first phone call that we were lucky to have her as our agent. She was exceptional! She was so knowledgeable, honest and genuine…and made us feel like we were her number one priority. She explained the realities of the market and educated us on what it would take to make a competitive and realistic offer. She was never pushy or judgmental…she embraced our families journey and did everything she could to get us into our dream home. We looked at quite a few houses, but ultimately, we made one offer on one wonderful house…and it was accepted! She had everything to do with that. It may not be the norm in this market…but that’s what happened for us…thanks to Kim. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is a wonderful agent and person…and made us feel like family. It’s so good to be home.

Kim was very informative, friendly, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and really made sure we were getting the best house, location, and was worth the asking price. We have been in touch with her for a few years before moving to Ohio and she worked with us every step of the way. We enjoyed being with her and she will continue to be our friend.

What a wonderful experience we’ve had with Kim as our realtor. She has been there for us for over two years of looking at homes and was always there whenever a new house came on the market. Kim was routinely patient and informative when it came to the house buying process. We just purchased our first home and would never have been able to find it without Kim‘s help and experience. She truly is one of the best realtors in the area. My fiancé and I can’t say enough good things about Kim as a realtor and as a person in general. We would recommend her to anyone without question!

Kim is amazing! She sold my house in 2 days for my asking price. She made the whole process smooth! We were extremely happy with our results. We will go right straight to her if we need help in the future.
