Kim was a true pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and patient. She informed me every step of the way on what to expect and what to look out for. She made navigating all the legalities and paperwork worry free. I never felt stressed from start to finish. I enjoyed working with her and will be calling her for any future real estate needs.

Kim was an amazing realtor in our home buying process. As first time buyers, she made sure we always understood what was going on and didn't mind explaining things multiple times as the process went on (home buying is very hectic and it's easy to get overwhelmed!) She always made sure that our interests were first and she has a knack for finding the right home for the right person! We told her what we were interested in and we looked at a few homes and actually decided on the first one she chose for us because, even though she didn't know us well at that point she knew what we wanted! Even through haggling with the sellers to the closing table, she wasamazing! She would let me vent when I was overwhelmed and she knew how to make things calm again. She was always available through text, phone calls or emails. I have recommended her to all of my friends and will only use her in the future if we ever decide to sell. Home buying can be a very stressful time but she made it a wonderful and exciting time for us and we now have the wonderful memory ofbuying our first home! For that we are very grateful! If you take one things away from this, take the fact that she is the best and if you choose her, you will never choose anyone else!

Thank God for Kimberly I felt like we would never find our home, but she took on the challenge and found my husband and I a place we could call home and we love it.

I was a cold call when Kimberly asked to help me buy a home. During 16 months, we went through a HUD Repo, new construction, and finally a townhome in an established neighborhood. She held my hands through each process as my advisor and my advocate. She knew me better than I knew myself. As a result, I am in my new townhome and still happy!

Kim was always available and quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. Selling a home can be tedious and stressful, but Kim's knowledge and patience help me feel comfortable with the process. The sale of my home has gone extremely smooth, and I couldn't be happier with how things have transpired. She went out of her way to help ensure my home was ready to sale. She was a joy to work with because of her expertise and positive attitude. I would recommend her to anyone in the area.
