Rick did an awesome job helping us find our first new home. He followed up and made sure everything was good. He made sure to keep me in the loop with everything despite being 500 miles away. Thank you Rick for making this a smooth transaction. Anything that was an obstacle was tackled right away because of Rick coming across it and partnering up with the right people.

My husband I began looking for a house in October of 2017 and didn't finally close on our home until May 2018. In a very competitive market, Rick helped us stay up to date on any new listings meeting our criteria and also stuck with us through 6 different offers. He was an advocate for us and didn't push us at all. He gave his opinion when he felt things were not up to par, which was extremely valuable for us as first time home buyers. We were so lucky to work with such an honest and caring realtor and would recommend him to anybody.

Rick was wonderful every step of the way. Communication was excellent and he did great on the negotiations. He had a lot of helpful suggestions and knows a lot of people in the area such as cleaners and locksmiths who were great to work with after the sale.
