We recently used Kim Nicholson to purchase our home in San Jose and she was outstanding. Before Kim, we worked with a few agents, but we didn’t find the right agent for me and my husband. Throughout the process, Kim was there every step of the way. She was readily available answering every call and email. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and the most of all, her hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a guidance to answer our questions and help us make the best decision for our family. Kim is an absolute rockstar of a realtor! She has been very caring and respectful of our needs, didn’t ever push us to commit to something that we were uncomfortable with and most importantly kept a keen lookout for any obvious pit-holes first time home buyers could be prey to. She was our guard-rails throughout the purchase process and even when she couldn’t be physically present for some of the viewings she would be a constant support through text messages giving us key insights at the right time. She would side towards caution and ensure we really want a property before putting down our hard earned money - very very sensitive to understanding our fears as first time home buyers. She is still in touch with us even after we’ve moved in and helping us settle in and call our purchase a home. She is easy to connect with and we can now count on her as our friend! Kim was extremely patient and understanding. She's been working with us for about 5 years and has taken her time to reach out to us about once or twice a year to see if we've reached our savings goals. When the time finally came, we would contact her for open houses and she would give us insights about location, home repairs and a better understanding of the total cost of everything. Kim has taught us a lot about the home buying process and has worked with us diligently throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable, she treated us with respect and the fact that we were first time homebuyers, Kim hasn't given up on us no matter how long it took to achieve our goal. She is awesome and we highly recommend her!!!

Action speak better than words. Kim helped us sell our home in Almaden within 4 days of listing well over what we expected. The final result reflected the whole positive, professional and personal experience we received from Kim throughout the entire process , it was exceptional and surpassed our expectations. Kim is very knowledgable in the local market and the selling process but what separated Kim for us was her passion and commitment to really help us through the process in the best way possible for us with the mimimum amount of stress to get the best possible outcome. Her advice on how to prepare the home , direct personal help in taking that advice and complete availability was phenomenal. Kim was always available to us , not just at the end of a phone she would visit regularly. She organized and was always there for anything that was going on like inspections, quotes, cleaning etc. She made sure we understood everything that was going on and really helped us be much more comfortable with every step. It felt like Kim was looking after us and our sale and not just following a generic selling process. She took the time to get to know and understand us as a family and used that to help her with our sale. Kim made what we were expecting to be a very stressful experience a very positive memorable one. It really felt not just that she was with us every step but that she led us through the whole process and was always there to turn to. This was a key part of a international relocation and Kim was completely responsible for making our US home sale the easiest and least painful part of the whole process. The final outcome was exceptional but so was the whole process to get there. We can’t thank Kim enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. You couldn’t do better.

We highly recommend Kimberly Nicholson. She knows the Silicon Valley real estate market extremely well. We were not familiar with selling a property, and we could not have found a better realtor. Kimberly was pro-active, cheerful, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout which made the whole process go smoothly.
