We sold our house quickly which left us “homeless” - thank heavens our sister had a trailer for us to stay in. We found Greg on Zillow and met with him the next day to look at homes in the Sierra Vista area. Over the next two and a half months, he was totally fantastic to work with as we struggled in this crazy housing market. He responded to our texts almost immediately-even when we found a home on Zillow at 6:00 in the morning and wanted to see it that day. He listened to what we were looking for and would even go do a preliminary walk through of a house to save us a 10 hour round trip drive to look at a house that looked good on line but really didn’t meet our criteria. We did find a home and Greg was with us through closing and beyond. We definitely would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a home in Sierra Vista area. He is a joy to work with. The Van Harens

As a military family needing to see property while overseas Holly went above and beyond to meet our many needs. From time difference considerations to virtual walk throughs, meet ups with our friends, driving 45 min+ at the drop of a hat to get us that virtual tour, she was truly the best Realtor we could have asked for! She not only was available but also knowledgeable about the area, comps, VA, lender requirements, this was not her first rodeo! She is very professional even while we had some martial spats about property she didn’t seem to be phased one bit. She knew what we were looking for and sought it out even in this crazy market! We will not hesitate to call her up again in the future!

Kristie was very professional and fun at the same time. She has great knowledge of the area. I would and have recommended her to potential buyers new to Sierra Vista and the surrounding communities. She will be my first call when I get ready to sell again.

Very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process. Also very helpful throughout the process of selling and buying. She listed a house for us and it sold quickly even with this pandemic going on. She gave us tips on what we needed to do to make the property marketable. On the flip side she showed us many houses and worked well with my spouse and I. We settled on a home and she then went into action again finding issues that the listing realtor did not find that almost cost us the house. With her knowledge and selflessness she ended up getting a huge problem taken care of with our well and water situation with the new house.

Kristie was worth her weight in gold. I told her what I was looking for and she listened. She made the entire process painless. From the time I started working with her, it only took about a month to close on a house that was very suitable to my needs and within my price range. I have already referred a co-worker to her and will give a referral to anyone I meet in the market for a home. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent.
