Does not take of his tenants. Black mold and rotting structure. Sewage backup in the lower living area of the rental property. Implied calling a plumber was a favor to the renter. Told the tenor to clean it up themselves and when a cleaning company was called he refused to pay the property cleaning portion of the invoice. Stay away.

Dave is an amazing Real Estate agent! He is a constant professional and set up countless appointments for us, and took the time to show us properties over the last 2 years while we looked for a house we felt fit our needs. He is all about making sure that you get the house you want and doesn't pressure you to buy. When we decided to finally buy a house, he set up repeated opportunities to look at the house and work with the builder to meet and go over things we felt were important to fix before we closed. It has been a long process, as we took longer than expected but Dave never showed frustration in how long the process took. We close this Friday and we couldn't be happier with the entire process working with Dave. I hold back no reservation with recommending Dave to others to have help them find a house. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and how the process works. Dave is a constant professional and always has a positive attitude!

My wife and I were very happy to have Graham as our Realtor in the search and home's purchase. He was available all times. He always took the time to explain every detail to us. Working with him was like working with a personal friend. He is always smiling and professional, I highly, highly recommend him in your process of finding and purchasing your home. He is the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Stefanie on a recent closing! I was the transaction coordinator for the listing agent; Stefanie represented the buyer in this transaction. She was a true professional, kind and attentive to the file. She represented her clients well and they were so lucky to have her on their side. I hope we get to work together again in the future. :)
