Ryan Van Daele and I go way back, so choosing him to help sell my Mom's house was and easy decision to make. But I was continually impressed by his professionalism, his extensive understanding of the market, and his extensive network of quality contractors to accomplish what we needed done to prepare the home for sale in a timely and affordable manor. He was thoughtful, compassionate and I always felt confident that I made the right choice in enlisting his services. Thank you Ryan, for making it as easy as possible to sell my Mother's home!

Ryan is outstanding. We liked him from day one and never contacted another realtor in the almost three years of looking. He was super patient, never felt pressured or like he was trying to "sell" something. Very easy to talk to and knows what he's talking about. We had a very challenging time selling our home, and I can't imagine going through that experience with any other realtor. 10/10 we will recommend him to everyone we know.

Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very trust worthy realtor. He makes home selling and buying very simple. He was there every step of the way when it came to selling our home and purchasing our new home. He advised us on what needed to be done in order to sell our home while still coming out head and having money to put into our new home. He always had a line of open communication with us. If we needed him, he was there. Any questions we had he answered night and day. He handles his job very well under pressure. He was able to resolve issues with inspection, and he resolved those inside very quickly. Ryan is very accommodating to any situation. We honestly would never trust any other realtor when it comes to buying and selling. We have sold 2 homes through Ryaj now, and bought 1. We would have most definitely went through Ryan to buy our Moline house, but we found him too late which is a shame. Ryan is truly amazing!

Ryan was a great resource to have. He was extremely attentive and worked hard to find a property that would work for me. Went out of his way to find properties across a large area that would meet my budget .

Ryan was excellent to work with. He worked with my daughter to buy a condo and we chose him to sell our house. He was right on with everything he recommended and I'm glad we trusted him and listened to his advice. We sold the house quickly and for more than we had hoped. We certainly recommend Ryan Van Daele if you are looking to buy or sell.
