Lacy has been not only a great real estate agent for myself and my family she has also been an incredible resource. Lacy sold my home in December of 2023. Moving was scary for our family however she held our hand every step of the way ensuring we understood what the process from start to finish. Lacy did and outstanding job helping me acquire my first home. She was attentive, compassionate and patient as she guided me through my first home buying process. She was very responsive and willing to take time to explain in detail any doubts or concerns I had, as well as, get to know me as a person. Anything I say about Lacy would not be enough. Lacy is a one of the most genuine, honest, hardworking, client oriented, thorough people I have ever come across in the real estate world. Her detail to communication and professionalism from the very first day we met when she was the sellers agent on a open house we attended, to becoming our agent and supporting our house searches, to the day we closed on our home has been nothing but exceptional and thorough. We honestly didn’t have the best closing experience due to the mortgage company last minute unrealistic demands but Lacy stepped in and supported us and ensured we closed on time, for which my family and I will be ever grateful. This whole engagement and experience has not only got us our home but we have established a friendship for life. Lacy is amazing to work with and I can say with complete confidence, if anyone is looking to buy a house in PA - Lacy is your go to person.

Lacy was always available and quick to respond. As older clients, Lacy was patient and took the time to always be sure we understood everything. Working with Lacy is a pleasure! We had absolute peace of mind knowing that Lacy was our realtor. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. She checked in with us to make sure we knew what was going on with the purchase and the mortgage. While the listing agent was unresponsive and couldn't be bothered to show up for closing, Lacy was there every step of the way. I highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again!
