I spoke to Lana and she listed my house. Within about a month's time, the house was in escrow. Although mine was not a huge house, nor a fancy house, and certainly not a high dollar house, Lana seemed honored to sell it for me, whereas a previous realtor with whom I spoke was pretty clear that it would be almost a matter of doing me a favor to sell it for me. Lana is personable and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend her!
