Millpond Realty & Vacation Rentals are wonderful to work with. Laura knew I had my eye out for a retail building on Butler St. When one came available Laura’s support and knowledge as a locally owned woman business owner was key in the entire process. Buying an early 1900s building in the historic district can be a little scary. Laura was tough in negotiations but soft when emotional support was needed!

There are not enough superlatives to fit in a review. Laura and Mill Pond have rented and managed my home for a number of years. Recently I listed it for sale with Mill Pond and it was just sold. Laura and the whole staff are very professional, to the point, honest and informed. There are no games or slight of hand in one's dealings with this group. Therefore a high degree of trust develops over time. The depth of experience and commitment to doing things right set Mill Pond apart from others in this business. I appreciate the hard work that was put into selling my house. I also appreciate the sometimes difficult news that had to be delivered over the years of renting. I always knew that I could trust their advice. I have no regrets other than having a good reason to stop by and chat with one and all.
