Wendy was always readily available by email or text. She would pull together showings with less than a day's notice sometimes. We liked that she would give information and answer questions about the different properties and the area directly rather than try to sell us. Wendy is a down to earth person which we also appreciated. We moved to Holland from Illinois and the "process" there is much more formal and has a great deal more steps. Sometimes we did not fully understand the process in Michigan which is why we did not give her 5 stars on that one. Don't hesitate to use Wendy. She's on it!

Wendy showed us several homes over the past year and a half. She was very helpful to our family. She was able to show properties at a moments notice as we were in town for short periods of time as we were out of town buyers. At one point, she was out of town for business but was able to get us into the home to look at it by using one of her associates. Thank you!

Wendy has been an excellent agent. We live in Chicago but looked for a place in Saugatuck so we needed an agent that was very responsive and could show us many properties in a short period of time. Wendy was able to take us around to many different properties in one day and explain the market and give her expertise on the area. Once we found our place she was invaluable in coordinating between the property management company, the agent and different vendors. We cannot say enough good things about Wendy. If you're looking for an outstanding real estate agent she is the ONE!

Mary and I have known and worked with Wendy for more than a decade on numerous properties--as buyers and sellers. She always takes the time to understand her clients needs and wants and is transparent and forthright throughout the sale or the purchase. In our opinion her responsiveness and attention to detail is unmatched on the Lakeshore. She operates with an enormous amount of market experience and expertise. Additionally her honesty and integrity has been evident in every interaction that we have ever had over the last decade. Again--Wendy takes the time to understand her clients needs and wants and in our view--she always exceedes expectations. She is passionate about her work and her clients. Wendy was very easy to work with and very responsive! We both bought and sold a property with her, I thought her knowledge of the processes helped them go smoothly. We were impressed by how quickly she would respond to our questions, and if she didn't know the answers she did her best to find out. We would definitely recommend working with Wendy!
