My husband and I were looking to buy a home in Las Vegas. It had been a dream of ours since before we retired from our jobs in Southern California. We took a 4 year detour to Southwest Indiana before finally realizing Las Vegas is where we wanted to be. I contacted three realtors and Laura Hendrix was my third try. And I was immediately comfortable with Laura. She really got to know us and what was important to us in our new home. We spent several weeks talking on the phone and emailing to narrow down our search. At this time, there were hundreds of houses on the market. We flew into Vegas and Laura picked us up at our hotel the next morning. She took us to look at our top 5 homes. She was very knowledgeable about each of the homes and seemed to know each area. We found our home on day one, put in an offer, and it was accepted that same day. She was in contact with our lender and the title company. She took care of EVERYTHING! She even thought of the small things (trying to get a cracked tile replaced, finding (or trying to find) our garage remotes, figuring out how to use the blackout blinds, and so much more). When our flight was canceled because of weather and we couldn't make it there to sign our closing paperwork, she arranged for a mobile notary to come to our home in Indiana. We got it all done because she was on top of things. I know we weren't her only clients, but it sure felt as if we were. I highly recommend Laura Hendrix, awesome realtor (I gave her that title myself).

We couldn’t be more happy with everything that the Hendrix Belknap Group did for us. From the very beginning of the process they were always prompt, honest, and very active partners in the sale of my father’s condo. Partners is the best way to describe the relationship we felt when it came to working with Jay and Laura. We ALWAYS - and we can’t stress that enough - felt they were working for us and with us to get things done. We live out of state and needed to sell my father’s condo after he passed, so they kept in touch with us to make sure we knew how many showings there were, how much traffic was going to the online listing, etc…..and what that meant for us as sellers. During one of the most difficult times in our life we felt like we had people in our corner that were looking out for our best interests and doing what was right. They provided us with realistic expectations, and were supportive in every way. They have the local contacts should things come up during an inspection to get them corrected right away, and we feel truly blessed that they came into our lives at the right time.

We are so pleased with all the help and information Laura gave us throughout our journey in buying our second home out of state. She made buying a home out of state feel seamless. She made sure we were on schedule and that we had all our ducks in a row. I was very nervous (being out of state) and she reassured me with the information I needed to put my mind at ease. She always made sure we felt that Hendrix Belknap Group was on our side and was there for us. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. We love our new home!

Jay and Laura did a wonderful job with the sale of our home in the 89131 zip code. They gave us scheduled updates and promptly sent information. They had fabulous pictures and a video made that reached a wide market. Their recommendation for a title company was spot on. They are on our “highly recommend” list.

From the onset of my contacting Laura, on a holiday, she was available to arrange a virtual meeting that same day. I was more than pleased with the home and made a bid, the rest is history. Laura was always available to answer my calls & emails, followed up immediately on any issues and was always kind and courteous. Jay, her partner, was always available to help and assist.
