Laura Petersen was such a blessing to me during a challenging time. Her professionalism, kindness, and diligent work ethic were apparent from our first meeting, and she came prepared with thorough research on my home, the neighborhood, the market status, and the competition. She shared an extensive marketing plan and committed to selling my home quickly while helping me price it correctly. I was cautiously optimistic at first - as my house had been on the market for a couple months and I was starting to lose hope - but Laura’s confidence gave me the vote of confidence I needed to say yes to working with her. And she stayed true to her word, as the house sold quickly after she reposted the listing. Laura Peterson did an excellent job for us! Having never sold a home before we did not know what to expect. But Laura guided us through each step and gave us peace of mind and confidence in her ability to work things through. We had a few issues with the buyers but Laura went above and beyond to help the sale move forward to completion.

Laura Petersen was absolutely excellent! She walked me through the home buying process and made it seem so easy. Laura always exceed expectations. I don't think she ever sleeps and is aware of all changes in the market. This sell/purchase was part of a 1031 exchange and she made all the right calls and got the correct people involved as needed.
