We were wanting a home in Palos Park and Laurie is very knowledgeable about this community. She advised us and made sure we loved our new home before we made an offer. Laurie then stayed on top of the negotiations and ensured that both the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing home lined up in our favor. We used Laurie for both the sale of our existing home (multiple GREAT offers in the first week, closed with no issues!) and purchase of our new home. I would highly recommend Laurie.

Laurie was extremely helpful in finding my wife and I our first family home. She was very responsive and guided us through the process to the point where no questions were left unanswered. Laurie is very knowledgeable of all aspects of the residential market. Honest, experienced and caring of her client’s interest. She hosted many open houses. Advertised our home on many different websites. Kept us in the loop with every inquiry that came in. Her advice and counsel was very beneficial.

She’s first class-top notch. Always had the customers interest. Understands the process. Executes the plan. And cares. She was creative with the buying process. And ultimately-she won-which meant I won. Highly recommend if you want a great buying/selling experience.
