They belive their role is to just show the house and if customer buys, collect commissions. Our experience was absolutely horrible. We saw the house while it was occupied by tenant. Seemed in good condition. As we lived out of state we were hoping our agent Stephanie would atleast check on it before fijal walk thru. The sellers had advertised on having hardwood floors refinished prior to close. The house was not even in broom swept condition. They dusted their hands off any responsibility, did not try to do anything to make right. They may be an option for locals, our experience was horrible.

Perfectly done. Thanks, guys I really appreciate what you guys did. When you guys told me you can do the paperwork faster then I thought how can be this possible but when I see the work I am very thankful to you guys.

We were selling our home in Homewood and called the Wexler Group. We had an agent out to go over everything and she had our home listed within days. They had beautiful pictures taken (looking at competitors listings it seems like the agents use cellphones) setting up showings were a breeze with the app and we had an offer in 2 days! Throughout the process we were always in contact with someone from the office. I was a wreck about selling but the Wexler Group made this a painless and really great experience.

Great team of detail oriented honest professionals. They helped us find the perfect home and helped us every step of the way. Always on time. Great at listening to us and what we wanted. Didn’t waste our time trying to sell us on something we were not interested in. Lines of communication were always open and available. Closing was a breeze.
