We hired Leslie and her team to buy a new home and sell our old home, and we are so glad we did because she and her team were awesome! The fact that she had a small team meant that we could see homes whenever we wanted because someone was always available, and we always felt like we were their only client, even though they were working with several. Leslie clearly knows the business inside and out, she listens, and we were in constant communication. This was a new process for us so we were a little crazy (600 questions) but our motto became "Let go and let Leslie" because she was spot on with all of her advice. She helped us choose the right offer price for the new house, the right selling price for the old house, how best to stage our home to attract buyers, and what to negotiate with both sales. Thanks to Leslie, our offer was accepted on a BEAUTIFUL and sought after new home, and we got a great offer on our current house. We couldn't be happier!

I had a second home that I wanted to sell fast and Leslie did a great job assisting me with getting the home ready to put on the market. We agreed on a good listing price and I believe we got the 1st offer in 3 weeks. Leslie also did a great job working with the other real estate agent and buyer and settlement was done very quickly without any issues.

Leslie sold my house in less than a week. She went above and beyond to stage the home to get it ready to be presented in the best light. Leslie also helped me with my new house from picking the design to the different layout options that were available. She was always available to talk day or night to help with any questions or concerns through the process. I highly recommend working with Leslie for any of your real estate needs.

I hired Leslie to find me new tenants for my rental property. She was able to do so quickly and efficiently. I have great tenants now who always pay on time. The property was only empty for 45 days, which was just enough time for me to get it completely cleaned and have maintenance concerns addressed. Thanks Leslie!
