Malia did an outstanding job in explaining the process and discussing our options with the loan. She was very helpful in suggestions on upgrading the property and maximizing the square footage to make it all very functional. We appreciated her knowledge and expertise on securing the property and working with the other agent.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Leslie Stewart, and I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with incompetence, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of transparency. First and foremost, communication was a major issue throughout our interaction. I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with the agent, as my calls and emails often went unanswered for days. When I did manage to reach them, they were dismissive and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. It was frustrating and showed a lack of respect for their clients. Furthermore, the agent demonstrated a lack of knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. They seemed unfamiliar with basic facts and details about the properties we were interested in. I had to constantly provide them with information that they should have known beforehand, which made me question their competence and dedication to their profession. Another issue I encountered was their unprofessional behavior during negotiations. Instead of advocating for my interests and securing the best possible deal, the agent seemed more concerned with closing the deal quickly, even if it meant sacrificing my preferences. It was clear that they were more interested in their commission than in providing quality service to their clients. Moreover, the lack of transparency throughout the entire process was deeply concerning. The agent failed to disclose important information about the properties, such as potential issues or previous incidents. This lack of transparency not only wasted my time but also put me at risk of making uninformed decisions. Overall, my experience with Leslie Stewart was nothing short of a nightmare.
