Lilly is the most qualified and efficient real estate professional I have ever met. Her attention to detail and ability to coordinate the the buyer, seller, mortgage company and title company is outstanding. She was able to sell my home in three days, locate my new home and have both close within one day of each other. It just doesn't get better than that. She promptly responds to any questions or concerns and resolves any issues immediately. She is the BEST!!!

Lilly Ruiz is The best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. She sold my mother's house in Las Vegas when others couldn't get it done and she got the asking price. I highly recommend her

I don't even know where to start! I was completely new to home buying, and was very cautious of working with just anyone. We had reached out to Lilly due to her working with military (I happened to be a Veteran leveraging my VA loan/benefits). Lilly was not only extremely professional and helpful every step of the way, she also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had some letdowns on multiple offers over a course of a few months in a crazy market, but in a very personable way, made us feel motivated to keep pushing ourselves to find our dream home despite the setbacks. And it was in no way in a pushy way, it was in a very experienced and empathetic way, going through the motions with us. It was because of Lilly that we officially own, and happily live, in our beautiful new home now! Her experience really shone through, and it's nice that there was someone who cared so much about us. It was truly having a friend on the "inside" working with you, instead of just for you. She responded quickly, she was honest and forthcoming with information, very communicative, extremely proactive, and I am just so lucky that this was my experience for the first time in purchasing a home all the way across the country. She made the process of us being on different sides of the country EASY; even down to her virtual home walkthroughs she had done for us so many times. Having had experience with seeing how other agents sometimes work, especially during our home buying journey, I realized just how grateful I was for Lilly, that's for sure. She plays no games, has no tricks up her sleeve, and is dedicated to helping you, which comes first and foremost. I can't recommend her enough. She absolutely sets the bar for EXCELLENCE, and anyone would be extremely lucky to work with her.

As a first time home buyer I was a little intimidated by the process but Lily helped me every step of the way and made my home buying quick and easy! I highly recommend her!

Not sure where to start. My wife searched online to find an agent from San Francisco online that could help us find a place in Vegas. Lilly came up on a google search and my wife emailed her, along with three other realtors that came up. Who replied first, Lilly! Lilly is attentive, caring, 'on it', and at the end of day part of our family in Vegas. She cares and is genuinely involved in the whole process, she knows what you need if that makes sense. We could never have bought a house 'sight unseen' per say, without a person like Lilly. She's is now our kids favorite auntie and lifelong family friend. She cares and will always be there to answer your emails, texts, or just pick you at the airport! No regrets, only praise for someone so amazing as a person and a professional... thank you Lilly!
