My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and Lina was fully of knowledge and was very helpful with the process and knew the best way to give us the best chance of getting our new home. Her knowledge with the process of getting financing was incredibly helpful and made the process super easy. I would highly recommend having Linda while buying or selling your home.

Linda was an amazing real estate agent. It was the first time i ever sold a home and I was selling my parents home from out of state. She provide invaluable advice on the market in the area and helped me sort through various decisions - always objectively presenting them to allow me to decide. She worked diligently in listing & showing the house and assisted me in navigating multiple unexpected difficulties with the house itself, often doing all of the leg work which would have been difficult for me to do from out of state. She not only helped me with the sale of the house but also made sure al of the loose ends were tied up, even after we had closed. I would recommend her without reservation as trustworthy, resourceful and knowledgeable.

Linda Simon did a terrific job in getting our property sold. She was attentive to our needs, patient with our questions and very professional yet personable. We felt an instant comfort and trust in her abilities as she walked us through the process. She started by gathering enough information for us to make an informed decision on an asking price and came up with a great strategy for the MLS property pictures and write-up posting. This resulted in a quick and over-the-top offer. She managed to keep our stress level down by assisting in working through issues that arose between attorneys’ offices once the buyer made an offer. She kept the lines of communications open with all parties and always answered us in a timely manner. We are extremely appreciative of Linda’s expertise, guidance and assistance through the entire process and would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thanks for everything Linda!!!

Linda did a fantastic job selling my house. We put in on the market right before I left for a 5 day trip and when I got back I had multiple offers! Linda was very helpful when I had questions and made sure everything went smoothly. She’s a great negotiator and I couldn’t be happier!

Linda is a wonderful realtor to work with. She is someone who will go the extra mile to assist with anything that you may need to get the sale done. Our property needed someone who was patient and understanding as this was a property that was sold with multiple owners. Linda was always ready with any helpful information and contacts that aided us in the process.
