I was bidding on a property that had multiple bidders all in the same weekend. She advised me at each step of the way, and helped me craft my offers. That weekend, she also forced the issue to get a response, so the bidding did not get out of control. We won the bid in large part due to Margie's advice. After that, she stayed on the process and facilitated the closing. I can't thank her enough, my wife and I have our dream property in our dream town, a four season resort town. Margie was an unfailing support to us through the entire process of selling our home. It was a difficult time in the market, but she endlessly worked in our behalf. Even when things didn't seem to be going in our favor, she remained ever positive, confident that we would be successful in the end. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us informed, always being readily available, and making helpful suggestions to get the best possible outcome. Ours was a humble home and we know it was not a listing that many realtors would quickly jump on the chance to list. Margie is an excellent choice when selecting a realtor. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She is also very responsive and keeps you in the loop at all times. If I were to recommend a realtor to anyone I would recommend Margie!
