After an unpleasant experience with another realtor, I was fortunate enough to happen upon Tye Schulter at an open house. Tye was professional yet relatable at the same time. What sold me on working with Tye is that I could tell right away he was a true buyers' advocate. Tye (patiently) answered all of my questions, and if he didn't know right away he always got back to me in a prompt manner. Although Tye is in the early(ish) stages of his career, don't be fooled - he has a keen sense for what his buyers' need and want. I am beyond thrilled with Tye, the LBT and my new home!

Tiffany is an outstanding realtor! If you choose her as your realtor you will have an angel by your side to guild you through your home buying process! Tiffany is awesome at keeping communication! She will always stay in communication with you and keep you informed throughout every step of the way! Tiffany is always quick to respond, and keep in touch with you! Tiffany will listen to you! Tiffany will listen to you and your requests; she will help to find the home best fitting for you and your home buying situation. Once you have a home in mind she will be prompt at negotiating for your best interest! Tiffany worked hard when there was obstacles at closing that neither her or I caused or could control. Tiffany worked hard to close even with the adversity. She asked the title company to stay open even after hours, she spent a lot of time making calls, negotiating, and moving things around. Tiffany met me at my job to close due to my scheduling conflict. Tiffany is the person you need by your side as your realtor!

Lindsey is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the neighborhood and Lubbock market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on selling and I’m so thankful I did. I had a short timeline to decide who would represent me, I just had a week in between Jobs with very short notice in that week I interviewed six real estate agents. At the end of the day, I made the best decision. Lindsey was above and beyond my expectations with her assertiveness. She told me the market price and the timeline, which was shorter by two months than all the other agents' forecasts. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. Linsey and her team were always available for me. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back immediately later. They treat the situation like they were the owner of the property – they look out for me and my best interests. Gave me hints on how to stage the house, The house was only nine days in the market, and I accepted the first offer which was as predicted by her. There were no worries or regrets. Our agent Tiffany Soto was amazing!! She was great to work with and responded timely to our many questions. Tiffany actually found us the home we ended up purchasing before it went on the market.
