Where to start? When my husband and I started considering a move to Las Vegas, friends of ours referred us to Lisa, and although we weren't quite ready to move, Lisa took the time to speak with us and give us valuable information. When the day finally arrived when we decided to officially begin house-hunting, Lisa was very well-prepared for us. When we finally found a home we loved, which was a new-build, Lisa stayed by our side to help ask the right questions regarding the home and giving us advice through the closing process. Dealing with the lender was a bit of a nightmare for first-time buyers, but with Lisa on our side, things got done. When things didn't seem right, Lisa would make phone calls and send emails to ensure that her clients were not jerked around by the seller. When the day finally came to close on our home, Lisa was there to help us finish the process. I cannot express how much of a relief it was to have Lisa on our side when dealing with the biggest purchase of our lives, and every second of the way we felt confident that the process would go as smooth as possible because we had Lisa to get us into our new home! To us, Lisa is more than just our realtor, she is family. We love you Lisa!

Lisa represented me for two recent transactions - the sale of an investment property and the purchase of another investment property that I eventually plan to use as a retirement home. Since I do not reside in Las Vegas, Lisa went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I would be satisfied. For the property that I sold, Lisa personally inspected the property to ensure that repairs were satisfactorily completed prior to listing. Prior to purchasing my new property, Lisa visited countless communities, and took pictures/videos of prospective properties so that I could buy with confidence. Due to various unexpected circumstances, such as issues identified through inspections and undisclosed rental restrictions in the community, we had to rescind several offers, and Lisa was able to navigate us through this process. When I finally visited the property that I ultimately purchased, I knew that I made the right choice, and couldn't have done it without Lisa's efforts and guidance. I have one more property to sell, and will have Lisa handle that sale as well.

Lisa is an excellent realtor, she was instrumental in helping secure the professionals I needed to ready my property for sale. She provided current listing information and guided me through the listing process. Her estimated sale time and closing time were exactly as predicted. I would recommend her services.

I have worked with Lisa on 3 transactions in the past 3 months.She has always been very professional,always responsive,hard working and very determined to make seller accept the offers that work best for me( her client) and what's most important is that she has always been on top of everything throughout the whole buying process. I got the best house with Lisa,even though there were 30+ offers already on the property and the whole buying process was worry-free.After we closed the transaction Lisa gave me a gift of rekeying the whole house which was very helpfull. I would recommend Lisa to everybody who is looking to buy or sell the house,you will be in good hands!

We traveled around the country and stopped in Las Vegas to visit an old friend, and we fell in love. We were referred to & met up with Lisa to start our search. Lisa was a breath of fresh air in such a competitive market. As soon as a new listing was posted, we received an e-mail/ phone call. It didn't matter if it was 7 pm, if we thought we may be interested in the property; Lisa would meet us there ASAP. Her commitment to finding us our new home within our budget and wish list was impressive to say the least. We viewed dozens of properties, put multiple offers in, and when we were overwhelmed and I felt like giving up- Lisa didn't see that as an option. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Lisa's moral and dedication is unmatched by any realtor we've ever dealt with before (we're from New York). Not only did we find the perfect place for us now, Lisa also recommended an outstanding home inspector, housekeeper & handy-man, making the entire process easier. During the closing process, we'll just say the selling agent was difficult. Lisa had to fight for us to get our gate remote, which was clearly in the contract of the sale. From beginning to end of our buying process Lisa was there, no matter what. We know that we can call her if we need anything! "Highly recommended" isn't true, for us- Lisa is the ONLY recommendation!
