Lisa was quick to respond to all requests and communicated effectively. Working with Lisa, I truly felt she was in my corner, looking out for my best interests. She gave strong advice that made sense. I have worked with Lisa on many purchases and sales over the last 10 years - she has grown to really be a trusted friend.

I hired Lisa based on a friend's recommendation. Although I grew up in South Lyon, I hadn't lived there for many years and needed to sell my Mother's house. I needed a realtor that I could trust since the we, as the owners we're out-of state. Lisa went above and beyond my expectations. She gave us prompt feedback after each showing, looked out for the house that was unoccupied, and made the closing easy even when we couldn't be present for the closing. She made what could have been a very difficult situation easy and best of all sold the house in record time. I would highly recommend her!

After checking with a few other realtors in the area, I initially chose Lisa to handle my sale because of her reputation, her grasp of the market conditions, and her easy going style. She turned out to be great to work with, and helped smooth the speed bumps along the way.<br/><br/>The listing package that she put together for my “average” property was excellent! Her photos, her signage, and description of the property were typical of higher-end homes, and brought in a constant flow of potential buyers. I had serious offers within a week, and accepted one close to my expectations shortly afterwards.<br/><br/>Lisa was able to help keep my stress level to a minimum as I dealt with the myriad aspects of packing, moving, and getting my property ready.
