Liz and her team are like magic. I would have never thought I could sell my house so quickly and easily and well above its market value as I did with very little prep work on my part. I thought I would have more time to prepare my house for sale but circumstances pushed my timeline. Liz came in and told me all I had to do was pack and leave and she would handle everything else. She even offered to help with packing. I have never felt so well taken care of. When the house sold I was surprised at how little of the money went to other people. She earned my trust and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Vikram and Liz are an amazing team with deep local market knowledge due to their high volume of sales in the area. They are professional and a pleasure to work with, and helped me with every aspect of the sale from staging to repairs while under contract. They would also come to my house to meet various inspectors or tradespeople if I was unable to be there. They have a refined process for selling homes that made me feel confident we were doing everything we needed to do to get a fair price. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I met Vikram in April 2023 when we first began to dip our toes into the housing market in search for our first home. Navigating this crazy housing market as first time home buyers was incredibly intimidating, but we were grateful to have Vikram guiding us throughout this whole process. When the time came to make an offer, Vikram represented us in a way that was very apparent he had our best interest in mind and thanks to him, as well as his partner Liz (aka the dynamic duo), we were able to close on the home of our dreams.
