I can’t recommend Lorenzo Murray highly enough! From start to finish he has been an invaluable asset in the homebuying process. Our initial conversation was extremely informative, and he had great educational resources that he provided me with, which I appreciated as a first-time homebuyer! As we got into looking at homes he was reliably responsive in our communication, clear and thorough in his answers, and went out of his way to keep up with the quick pace things were moving at. Once I found my dream home he was a huge help in crafting my offer, and I completely attribute the strength of my offer - which caused it to be the winning one - to Lorenzo’s knowledge and expertise. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is going to have your back, bring years of obvious experience to the table, and is also just a really nice guy, then Lorenzo is your man!

Lorenzo made homebuying easy! This was our first time going through the home buying process, and we were moving from literally the other side of the country. Lorenzo was able to tell us explicitly everything we needed to line up as well as connect us with several references for every step of the process (provided in a pre-prepared document and presentation). This was really helpful and it ensured we could make a lot of progress from a distance. When we came to visit the capitol region for a week, he was able to line up showings, find a place we liked, get an offer in, and get that offer accepted. A few months later, when we moved to the area, the house was ready for us. We had saved a significant amount for our deposit and Lorenzo knew exactly how to leverage this to get us into the home we wanted. Every single person we talked to throughout the home buying process (even the ones not recommended by Lorenzo) had nothing but the highest praises for both Lorenzo's integrity and his amicability. We are so grateful and will recommend Lorenzo and will happily recommend him to anyone looking for help buying a home!

Lorenzo put together a dream team. Working with Hunt Real Estate Team changed my life. Getting to know each person individually was one of the most rewarding aspects because I learned so much from each person. They were all knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and professional during the entire home buying process. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to everyone.

Lorenzo was an excellent realtor to work with. He offered us great advice when the time came to make our offer. We had a lot of inspections and someone from his team was always there, no matter when/how many we scheduled. Lorenzo was very responsive, always took the time to explain what was going on, and made us feel like friends. We closed very quickly, thanks in large part to him, his team and the other professionals he recommended to us. We bought and sold a house with Lorenzo, and both deals went smoothly. We paid well under asking for the home we bought and received well over asking for the home we sold. Can't ask for better than that!

Lorenzo walked through the process of selling my house. He gave me the honest truth about should I sell or rent and I really appreciated that. When there was an issue with the offer contract, Lorenzo quickly and professionally addressed the issue. Thank you for helping sell my condo!
