I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with lou..the most professional and courteous man. I don't know how he does so many people and details everyone..Do not hesitate to call him..I had a client once in real estate..I called her a barracuda because she moved one property after the other..Louis Demichele makes her look like a kindergartener. Lou was amazing! He listed and had our Dad's home under contract in a few short weeks, and that's excellent in up-upstate NY. Since I'm a Realtor in GA, I came into the transaction hoping I wouldn't have to "take over and run the show." I was hoping Lou would do everything I would do. Blessings to Lou for doing that and even more. I and my brothers could just leave it in his capable hands. Whenever the transaction got bumpy and we got nervous or confused, Lou had answers and handled it in a way that restored our calm and confidence. He went above and beyond. Selling a property from afar is not easy but Lou made it the best experience possible.

Lou was everything you could ask for in a realestate agent! Super friendly, great guy! He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and made it super easy to find the perfect home! He goes through homes with you, explains the upcoming process once you decide on one you like, and connects you with a five star home inspector to make sure everything is known about the home before buying! Lou stays in contact the entire time and is very prompt with responding to any questions or requests you may have. Lou also worked out a large seller concessions for closing costs that helped immensely at the time of closing. The email notifications you receive are great to keep up with what’s on the market in your projected area. Made my first home purchase with Lou and it’s not my last! I’m staying on the email list in search of my second home for an income property! Absolutely recommend Lou for your home buying needs! Thanks again Lou!

Louis was great to work with. I was really impressed and comforted that he was so knowledgeable and confident in the process, as we had an older home on our hands. He was able to guide the process to a very happy outcome for us and for our buyers. He was very communicative at every stage. Overall, the experience was very fast and low stress thanks to his guidance.
