Louise and Kristin Sharifi had managed to do the impossible for my wife and I: navigate first-time homebuyers through the frenzied NoVA 2021/2022 market. Super responsive (despite having to work around our limitations), very knowledgeable of the market and home values, very patient with any and all of our questions, and most importantly, they struck a great balance between providing expertise without pushing us in any direction: we never felt pressured to make a decision, and felt comfortable going at our own pace. Above all, Louise and Kristin were extremely pleasant to work with and we'll be sure to give them a call if/when we decide to buy or sell in the future.

We highly recommend Louise Morton as your agent. We have known her for over ten years, and she has helped us buy and sell our property in the competitive market. Louise was always a phone call or text away whenever we had any questions. She continuously negotiated with the other side to make sure we got the best deal possible and everything stayed on track. When we first bought our house, she was enthusiastic about explaining the process and sharing her expertise with us. When we sold the house, her marketing analysis and recommendations helped attract buyers that were willing to buy the house at over full price. She has a broad and skilled range of teams working with her- Kristin Russo-Sharifi (her associate broker), stagers, contractors, and landscapers. Louise is absolutely fantastic in every way!

Louise is an excellent, very professional realtor. Our situation was somewhat complicated since as owners we are out of state, and the home was occupied by renters. She worked with us and the renters to make sure the home was ready to show and to schedule the showings. Louise handled all the details in selling the home through closing, plus made sure the transition from renters to new owners was smooth. We did not have to return throughout the process. We give Louise our highest recommendation.

Louise is an incredibly dedicated and talented agent. I had to back out of a deal very late in the process and she could not have handled it better and never made me feel pressured or bad. A few months later she helped me close on a beautiful house. There were 3 bidders and she got the deal done for thousands under list price. There are few professionals operating at her level 10/10

I have had the privilege to work with Louise on multiple occasions over many years. Each time she was able to assess what was need to sell my home fast and at the best price possible. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, she is a joy to work with. Whenever problems arose, she worked with with me to find simple and creative solutions. She has a can do attitude that makes all things seem possible. I look forward to working with her again for any future transactions.
