overpriced my property which sat without any showings for weeks. she told me she would financially vet every buyer but the first and only offer fell through immediately because of their financing. i asked for a weekly check in to no avail, went weeks without any contact. every time i asked what was happening i was just told "mailers were going out." was impossible to get timely responses and the only times i got a phone call back was when i said i would be taking my house off the market or going with a different agent. i thought her length of experience would mean a seamless selling process but she was either spread too thin, or i was a low priority sale/commission. refused to let me out of a 6 month exclusivity contract despite expressing my concerns with her responsiveness. my other friends in realty told me it was essentially holding me hostage and ethically questionable. i would not recommend.

Cathy is wonderful! A full time, experienced realtor, she is the ultimate, knowledgeable professional. She knows her market and works very hard to see transactions all the way through to the end. I trust her judgement completely and she is an incredible resource for other professionals in the area that you may need. She has been our realtor since 2003. We have completed 4 personal home transactions with her (2 purchases, 1 sale, 1 rental), plus she has handled all aspects of our 2 family rental property for the past 10 years. Cathy is incredibly patient and supportive and truly wants to find the home that is right for you.

Cathy was more than a realtor, she was a friend. She truly is concerned with you as a person and not just the sale. She is very compassionate about your connection to the home that you are selling. She is very understanding in all aspects of the sale and wants the best for her clients. If we ever had to sell again, she would be the realtor that we would chose.

Cathy goes above and beyond! She makes you feel like you are the only client she has. She follows up diligently and offers advice based on her expertise and market trends. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very customer focused. I would not hesitate to do business with her again if I move back to the area!
