Marek was exceptional in every way. As first time home buyers, we felt overwhelmed with the process of buying in a difficult market. Marek displayed incredible knowledge of the area we were targeting. He very promptly scheduled home showings (more than we thought were possible to view in one day), and was able to quickly get us into any property we let him know we were interested in. He was receptive to feedback on what we wanted, and his recommendations always aligned with that. Viewing a home with Marek makes you feel like you have an expert with you every step of the way. He identified potential issues, let us know if something wasn't priced well, and was able to answer any question we had. His recommendations on who we should work with in the home buying process were invaluable- particularly the home inspector, Marcin Mierzejewski. Marek was an expert negotiator. There were many times we were unsure of an offer or counter offer, but felt completely comfortable deferring to Marek's judgment. I found his negotiating style to be bold, but also practical and pragmatic. He was an advocate for us from our first phone call all the way through closing. Buying a home can be a challenging experience. I don't think we would have had the positive outcome we did without Marek's involvement, and would confidently recommend him to anyone.

It's my absolute pleasure to highly recommend Marek as your real estate agent. Marek and I worked for past 9 months to find the exact property I was looking for. Because of Mareks knowledge, honesty and experience buying property was smooth and pleasurable. Marek is honest, dependable and incredibly hard working. I felt he had my best interest in mind at all times. If Marek did not like the property he told me so and explained why. Other agents will try to sell you anything to get a signed contract. His knowledge of sales etiquette and professionalism was always top notch. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Marek for any purchase or sale.

Everyone wants to work with a great real estate agent. But what sets Marek apart, is not only is he fantastic at his job, he treats you like family and guides you in your decision making as if he were in your shoes. Right away, you can tell he's not there just to do the job and move on...he has a heart of a teacher and truly wants to help you in any way possible. As a first time landlord looking for a tenant and unsure of the entire process/experience, Marek was extremely helpful from start to finish. He thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) even after his role of finding a tenant for me was completed. If you want to work with a professional simply looking to do their job and move on to the next, hire someone else. If you want to work with a professional who will care for your transaction as if it was his own, while in the meantime educating you during the process, hire Marek!

Marek was perfect! He was always available to show us houses, always giving great advice and pointing pros and cons for each house. His recommendation for mortgage company and lawyer landed us dream house hassle free. His attention to details is amazing and for the first time house buyer priceless. I would recommend Marek to everybody, who is determined to buy a house on such a difficult market.
