We thoroughly enjoyed working with Marion and her team. She understood our needs and she worked tirelessly for us to ensure our home sold quickly and at the highest price. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market/community was refreshing. Those who attended our open house were completely impressed with the marketing/materials displayed in the house. She drew buyers' attention to all the special details of the house and the photographs of our property and virtual video tour were amazing. Her strengths only became more evident when the property received offers; her standard selling processes ensured we received the absolutely highest possible price for our home. We strongly feel anyone who doesn't use Marion to list their home is leaving money on the table.

You can have full confidence in Marion and her team. They absolutely know what they are doing and will guide you through all the details. Her recommendations for last minute improvements and staging were spot on. We sold our house in just a weekend, with multiple offers and walked away with a final sale price well above asking! Marion helped me get five offers for my home in Falls Church, VA. Her recommendations for renovations were what the buyers wanted and what they were willing to pay for. The team she provided to perform the renovations were excellent, and the home staging company she hired did and excellent job. Highly recommend Marion for both buyers and sellers.

I have known Marion for several years and have always known her as a woman with integrity and drive. Marion and her team are great professionals, making the sale of our townhouse as smooth as it could possibly be. About three years ago, Marion freely offered a consultation to help us prepare our house for market. Upon her advice, we renovated the kitchen and baths. I LOVED my kitchen and got to enjoy it for three years! The renovations also attracted more bids and we ended with a sale of over $20K over our asking price. Thanks Marion! We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Marion and her team in the sale of our home, and purchase of our new home! We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met Marion, and she exceeded all of our expectations. Marion went above and beyond to find our next home – networking with other realtors to find something that would suit our wants and needs, and negotiated the best deal possible for us. She guided us through selling our home during the beginning weeks of the COVID-19 outbreak, an unpredictable time to say the least, and her advice and guidance had our house on the market, conducting private showings, under contract, and SOLD in 10 days! Truly unbelievable. Her team was also a pleasure to work with. Her husband Al takes the most beautiful photos – to include aerial photos with a drone, and Cathryn, the Operations Manager, was with us every step of the way.
