We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had working with Mark Montross as our realtor. Mark is an outstanding realtor! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling.. and is meticulous with the details that make a sale successful. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. He was very thoughtful about leaving me with some furniture until closing after most of my living room was re purposed, leaving me with only two chairs until closing. He left staging furniture until he needed it and then brought in a couch and table until closing. Having me responsible for the inspections, etc, made it an easy transition at closing. I highly recommend him and my kids would recommend him also!!

Working with Mark was amazing. We were searching for a home to retire in from afar (in the height of the market), and Mark was on top of every detail. He organized numerous virtual showings for us until we found the right property for us. We followed his excellent advice at every step of the process, and it absolutely paid off. We intend to use him always! The best.

Working with Mark to sell our house and purchase a condo was an outstanding experience. In the past, selling and buying was long and harder to get what you needed. With todays market, putting our two transactions in Marks hands provided us with a lot of knowledge, removing most of the stress we expected. He went through the best methods on showing our house to get the best offers which worked perfectly. At the same time, he was always available for us to view condo’s and townhouses listed on the market and just listed properties as the came on the market, offered us advise on the good and bad of each property we walked through, having to arrange showing times with the sellers agents and owners. Again, no stress, allowing us to focus on getting exactly what we were looking for. With all the properties we looked at, we were able to purchase what we wanted where we wanted, and within a price point we set as our maximum. Over all, Marks knowledge and expertise was spot on for our needs through out. We would definitely recommend any one looking to sell and buy, look Mark up. You won’t be disappointed. Steve and Paula

Having Mark Montross help me sell my condo made the entire experience an easy, non-stressful one. Mark had helped me sell my previous residence 4 years earlier and that was a great experience, so calling him again was a no brainer. From the first consultation it is extremely evident Mark has done this many, many times before and knows from experience the right way to go about every aspect of the selling process. No stone was left unturned and he made sure together we executed each major or minor detail the way it needed to be done. He did a very thorough and exhaustive market analysis, leaving no doubt the asking price we landed on was fair and based on the current market. I can't imagine how he could have put together a better marketing package - complete with great photography indoors and out, drone footage and a 3D tour. Once offers came in he worked tirelessly, even after hours. Even after the entire process was complete he made sure to check in and offer advice for my future real estate endeavors, even though I had moved to another state. If you're looking to buy or sell real estate in Vermont I 100% recommend Mark Montross. You won't be disappointed.
