Tracie and her crew were such a joy to work with. She is always a cheerful problem-solver! She knows exactly how to stage a house so that it sells quickly (3 ½ days!). If there are things that need to be done in your house, she respectfully points them out, and she always “knows a person”, or several, that are also highly efficient and affordable. This comes from being in the realty business for so long, and acting honorably towards both her customers and her crew! Not only did Tracie sell my house for more than I expected, she also helped me find an affordable new house in the area I needed to move to. Tracie has done our second home purchase, always helpful between the first and the second while sourcing out for a good location and at a great price, funneling the deals to my email address and when we get the opportunity to view and offer, she did her best to negotiate and close with the seller's side. Overall Tracie has gone beyond our expectations and we hope to continue our fruitful and friendly relationship without an end.

Tracie was a PHENOMENAL agent. We've been looking for a house for 7 years. We've encountered so many agents who were so flaky and didn't understand the urgency of our situation. Which is probably why we were never able to buy for 7 years. Tracie understood. Within a couple hours of calling her for the first time we were seeing a house. And 24 hours later we had an offer on the table. 48 hours later we were under contract. And a month later we closed on the house. Truth be told, Tracie and her skill set saved us from homelessness. She understood the assignment. She fought for us. But she was honest. And boy will she fight for what's right. She carved out time for us when there shouldn't have been. But somehow managed all her other professional and personal responsibilities. She entered into personal tragedy in the middle of our process. It was extremely difficult to watch, but she remained professional and present while creatively finding ways to do what she had to do. We were so impressed. After closing we had an issue that was not easily controlled by anyone... and she worked to resolve it. EVEN AFTER CLOSING. Tracie gives back to the community and cares deeply for the disenfranchised. It's a comfort knowing that she is giving back to the community through her success. Her heart bleeds through everything she does. She continues to provide a supportive community for us as buyers even after closing. We'll be happy to use her service to help us with all our future needs.
