Lisa was an exceptional agent that I would highly recommend. As a first-time home buyer she took time to thoroughly explain the process to ensure we had a clear understanding to avoid any surprises, was extremely responsive to our many questions, and served as a sounding board any time we had a complex situation to navigate. Purchasing in the Bay Area is highly competitive/variable and Lisa provided seasoned insights based off her intuition, years of expertise, and market-driven data to help us search in the right areas based off our desires and budget. Lisa does a phenomenal job of listening and understanding your needs as a buyer to provide guidance without it feeling like she is dictating what you do. She treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism and made this process almost too easy! We also worked with her colleague Adam Cox who provided excellent advice, on-the-ground support during showing and inspections, and served as an additional resource to ensure we found our home and closed quickly! This is our seventh time using Lisa Caldwell in the last decade. She is excellent in every way. Wise advice and great negotiator. She’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has great contacts. Lisa gets things moving quickly. Our last escrow was around 8 days.

Lisa is an outstanding and hard-working agent that will always look out for her clients. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the myriad of disclosures, forms and all the miscellaneous paperwork required to complete the transaction. Her friendly but professional manner made her a pleasure to work with. She also has a team of professionals to help prepare the property for sale to get the highest and best offer (ours was $65,000 over asking!). Communication was always timely and accurate. I highly recommend her and the agent assisting her, Adam Cox.
