Erin was outstanding from start to finish. She was very informative and responsive, especially considering we were living out of state when we began working with her. She came with strong recommendations, and she exceeded expectations. We found our house in just three days of viewings. Already during Day 1, she zeroed in on our tastes and preferences and adjusted the viewings accordingly. Even on the day of closing when schedules got a little hectic, she helped us juggle multiple activities and keep everything on track. Her local knowledge and network of agents is extremely helpful as well. We’d absolutely use Erin again should we look for a new house in the Rochester area in the future. For now, we are extremely happy with the house she found for us. Erin helped us strategize and secure the house in a competitive bidding process.

Josh did a great job helping us sell a townhouse while we were out of town. His recommendations for updating the unit before listing really paid off, and we were able to get a great price for the property thanks to his expertise. Also very responsive any time we had a question or concern. Really appreciate his ability to work with us when were not local!

Josh was extremely helpful, and has the support of a great team. Quickly and easily got good contractors to help with everything I needed done to prepare my house for sale.

My husband and I are fortunate enough to have worked with Erin on 3 different transactions over the years and she was absolutely wonderful to work with each time. Erin is very talented, knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. She approaches each decision with data and offers calculated guidance while also remaining warm and personable through the process. She has a fantastic eye and impeccable attention to detail. Buying or selling a house can be extremely stressful but Erin made each experience as easy as possible, went above and beyond for us, and helped us through to the finish line. I can’t say enough good things about Erin and her team and would recommend her a million times over.

Erin was a delight to work with. Knowledgeable, calm (super helpful in this insane market), thorough and responsive. She got to know us, our preferences (older houses in Rochester, not necessarily fixer-uppers), and led us in the right direction. She was great.
