We were moving from Houston to Michigan and spoke to several realtor before meeting with Joe Chidiac. Kevin did an outstanding job selling our family home, which we had owned for 51 years. He was patient and understanding with me and my sisters during a very emotional period. Keeeeevvvv , what a guy, he was amazing , very patient with us ! As first time home buyers the process can be a little challenging but it felt smooth specifically because of Kevin. Not only that Kevin reached out to me just over a year ago…. I told him my situation and was looking at buying a house the next year… he said he would check back with me , he didn’t pester me or bother me during then and almost like he knew , once that year came he reached back out , that’s dedication. I really appreciate how he didn’t rush us and even when we weren’t sure about something he wasn’t upset he was on our side even if it took us a little longer in the process , I would recommend Kevin to anyone. Janette was the best real estate agent. I was interested in a property and she made herself available to show it to me right away. Even on a Sunday! I appreciate the hard work she put in to help me gain my next investment. I recommend her to all.
