Tina is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find her.

Tina Jandou helped us in the purchase of our home and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Giving her a 10/10 would be an understatement. This was our first home purchase and being very nervous in the process she held our hand and really walked us through the process. We felt so comfortable and she never complained when I couldn’t make up my mind, we looked at 5+ houses a day and she always had the most amount of patience! Knowing this was our first home purchase we never felt rushed and Tina truly handled it like a professional! Tina truly is a professional in and out, couldn’t of asked for anyone better to walk us through one of the most important investments me and my husband made! Let’s be honest, Realtors are a dime a dozen nowadays. Tina stood out amongst the rest while I was on my search for help selling my home and moving into another. Tina was a fast responder anytime I had questions or needed her. The home buying experience can be hectic and stressful, but Tina made it easy and always was there to put my mind at ease. Tina helped me get the absolute most from my house I sold and marketed it so well that it ended up in a bidding war just one day in the market. I was in a time crunch to purchase my new home while my old one sold and needed to close within 14 days. Tina helped me negotiate the deal and secure my dream home all while making sure the timing of selling and buying lined up perfectly.
