Remington was incredible helpful and quick to respond. We toured nearly 20 homes before making an offer he gave extremely thorough advice and explanations of the process. Remington was patient, smart, and diligent but above that he's just an all around good guy who's really pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend Remington to anyone looking to buy, especially a first time buyer like myself!

We had an incredible experience working with Marshall (Remy) Remington buying our first home this past summer. My husband and I were on completely different pages (haha) and Remy did an incredible job helping us navigate a very difficult and tumultuous market while also navigating a difficult and tumultuous time helping us figure out what we wanted and what we could realistically afford. Remy became a trusted friend through the process and we look forward to working with him on our next home (but not for a long time because we absolutely LOVE our place!). Couldn't recommend him more.

Remington did a wonderful job of listening to exactly what it was we were looking for in a home. Then finding properties that fit that criteria. Remington was incredibly supportive through the whole process and available to answer our many questions.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in the northern suburbs of Chicago and used Remington Pettygrove as our real estate agent. We have nothing but wonderful things to say both about Remington and the Ben Lalez Group. The were top class from beginning to end. "End" is a loose term as I'm still in contact with Remington a month after our close for recommendations on specialists to help update our home (floors, electrician, painter, etc.). Remington has a unique advantage as he is both an agent and has a personal real estate portfolio with a experience as GC. This gives him perspectives from multiple vantage points which really helped us a buyers. He was able to accurately answer questions that a "normal" agent may not be able to answer. As a 1st time home buyer we weren't sure on where or how to begin the home buying/searching process and Remington was there, at every step, to provide guidance and did so with the utmost patience. It was clear from the very beginning that this is more than a transaction to Remington and he has your best interest at heart. While I know we may have been high maintenance from time to time, it never phased Remington and he didn't hesitate to meet us at a showing at a moments notice. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Remington and his team to anyone I know.

We had a fabulous experience with Marshall. This was my first time buying a home and Marshall was able to assist throughout the entire process: starting at the search, bidding strategy, and going all the way through closing. Marshall knew the market in Chicago very well and pointed us to good options that matched our specific wants. He was very responsive through text when we had last minute questions and/or concerns, as well as offered genuine and helpful advice. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to buy a home.
